Our History
Evergreen Builders is a family run construction company, with expertise in the planning, design, management and delivery of residential and commercial projects. Our headquarters are in Berkshire making us well placed to deliver building and project management services along the M4 corridor from Newbury to London, covering Reading, Basingstoke, Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead and Windsor.

Project & Site Management
Our team of specialists oversee every aspect of your project, whether that is a new build or renovation. This includes the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project. We ensure that scope, time and budget targets are met.
Timber Frame Construction
We are fortunate to have some amazing carpenters in our team who can provide the main timber frame structural element of your project. We work closely with architects and engineers to deliver on your vision, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern construction methods.
Building Services
We have an experienced team in place to deliver all of your building requirements, including extensions, renovations, fire and flood restoration work and insurance works.
PROJECTS
STABLEFORD VIEW, BASINGSTOKE
Built by Evergreen Builders on behalf of GHE Homes, this beautiful timber frame development consists of 4 detached and 2 semi-detached homes located next to Basingstoke Golf Course. The development offers excellent family homes, with private parking in a quiet cul-de-sac location.
GARRARD HOUSE, READING
Located just 100 metres from Reading Train Station, this project by Titan Property Developments consisted of 1 & and 2 bed contemporary apartments, with high quality specifications throughout. Evergreen Builders provided second fix carpentry services to the development.
SOUTH STREET, READING
This commercial to residential development consisted of 17 modern, high-spec studio apartments for the private rented sector. Conveniently located close to Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading University, these apartments appealed to students, hospital workers and young professionals.
MEADOW WAY, BRACKNELL
A development of four semi-detached homes situated within walking distance of Bracknell Town Centre. Formerly a detached bungalow with large garden, the site has been transformed into a modern, eco-efficient development, with private parking and beautifully landscaped areas.
